It’s Episode 334 and the Leftovers are joined by Neil Thollander and first time guest Willy Le Sante.

We start off the episode discussing The Snyder Cut news. What does this mean? Are there really going to be zero reshoots? And what can we expect?

In Good Pop Bad Pop we talk about a ton of movies that we’ve watched as well as a few new series that have launched. In Movies we discuss the new Daniel Stern Sci-Fi comedy James vs. His Future Self. We also talk about the new animated adult horror film To Your Last Death starring Morena Baccarin and William Shatner. Brian talks about Lucky Grandma that is set in New York City’s Chinatown where an ornery, chain-smoking Chinese grandma goes all in at the casino, landing herself on the wrong side of luck – and in the middle of a gang war. Willy talks about the new Bruce Willis movie Survive the Night. Did he survive this movie? And I’m talking about Willy not Willis. And we give our thoughts on the new Netflix comedy The Lovebirds starring Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani.

In TV Brian and Willy discuss the new Starz series Hightown set in the world of beautiful but bleak Cape Cod, one woman’s journey to sobriety is overshadowed by a murder investigation dragging her into its fold. Brian and Willy also discuss the series premiere of Stargirl on DC Universe and the CW Network. Snowpiercer the series finally landed on TNT and we give our thoughts on the premiere episode. Brian and Willy discuss Celebrity Escape Room hosted by Jack Black. Brian talks about the basketball docu-series On Point now playing on Crackle. And Brian also watched Mythic Quest: Quarantine a one-shot episode of Mythic Quest now on Apple TV+.

In News Movie Pass is being auctioned, Tara Reid is rumored to play Carole Baskin in a Tiger King series and Tom Hanks WWII film Greyhound is going straight to Apple TV+.

In DC News Nolan’s Batman trilogy might be hitting theaters again in June. An unusual DC related item is a heavy seller during this pandemic. And Colin Farrell has some interesting things to say about his role as the Penguin in Matt Reeves The Batman.

And finally in Star Wars news it looks like we might have our answer as to who Timothy Olyphant is playing in The Mandalorian Season 2. Small tease… he’s wearing Boba Fett’s armor but he’s NOT Boba Fett. You gotta listen to learn more. Or just skip the episode and Google it. I guess I didn’t consider that. But saying it out loud I can see where us talking about this news isn’t necessarily exclusive and the news is already out there on the internet. You know what? Save yourself 3 1/2 hours and just read those articles. Anyway, stay safe, have a great week and remember to help out Maui the cat. Thanks Leftover Army!
